Below are some highlights from our kitchen over the past few days. It includes our first foray into celeraic, the roasted parsnips from the garden (featured in the last post), a heavy but delicious valentine’s day dessert, and a new recipe for the butternut squash we always seem to have sitting around at this time of year. I’d highly recommend all the recipes.

Chocolate Walnut Bread Pudding just out of the oven.

(This just in- this is equally delicious just out of the fridge.)

Maple Squash Puree with Freshly Grated Ginger
