Lunch from the Garden

Most of our lunch today was from the garden. We had a salad with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber from the garden along with some leftover chicken and feta cheese. In addition, we ate our first broccoli from the garden in a salad with beans and basil (also from the garden) dressed with olive oil and parmesan. Even though there was only a small amount, we were really pleased with the flavor of the broccoli. We’re hoping to get some more broccoli soon.
